1. About the Internship Program
This internship program offers hands-on exposure to the luxury retail and jewelry industry, providing interns with practical experience across Business Development, Customer Experience, and Operations.
Interns will work closely with experienced teams, participate in real business projects, and gain insights into how a premium retail brand operates end-to-end.
2. Key Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned track, interns will support one or more of the following areas:
a. Business Development Intern
Conduct market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis.
Support strategic initiatives, new business ideas, and market expansion projects.
Prepare basic reports, presentations, and business analysis materials.
b. Data Analyst Intern (CX)
Support Customer Experience initiatives, programs, and internal communication.
Analyze basic customer data and behavioral insights to support CX improvements.
Assist in customer journey mapping and experience optimization.
Support preparation and execution of customer events, activations, and experiential activities.
Participate in data preparation and structuring for upcoming CRM building projects.
c. CX Operation Intern
3. Requirements
Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Business, Marketing, Data, Economics, Operations, Communication, or related fields.
Good analytical and logical thinking skills; comfortable working with data is a plus.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within cross-functional teams.
Interest in retail, customer experience, or luxury brands is an advantage.
