- Analyze and consolidate reports to support operational governance decisions by the Executive Board.
- Research and propose operational optimization solutions to enhance PNJG's overall efficiency and operational capacity.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions that promote breakthrough innovations and technology
- applications in improving PNJG’s operational performance.
II: Trách nhiệm thực thi chính:
1. Participate in key operational improvement projects of PNJG
(Weight: 60%)
- Research and analyze global operating models and organizational structures between Branches and Head Office.
- Review current organizational structures and processes; propose unit-specific activities for improvement.
- Directly participate in process review & redesign; support and supervise units to ensure alignment with new connection standards.
- Act as project coordinator between Branches and Head Office (schedule meetings, summarize reports to the Executive Board, etc.).
- Communicate clearly project plans, goals, timelines, and roles of each stakeholder.
- Develop and implement project performance evaluation mechanisms and manage issue resolution.
2. Consolidate & analyze reports for Executive Board decision-making (Weight: 20%)
- Research applicable methodologies, market benchmarks, case studies, and best practices to propose operational improvement initiatives.
- Analyze business and financial models.
3. Enhance PNJG’s operational management capacity (Weight: 20%)
- Execute plans to optimize and enhance operational capabilities.
- Project management, supervision, and cross-functional coordination to optimize planning and execution.
- Conduct training to improve team management capabilities.
TRÌNH ĐỘ HỌC VẤN
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields (management, business, economics).
- Proficient in English (speaking and writing); good at reading specialized documents.
CÁC KINH NGHIỆM LIÊN QUAN
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations planning, business analysis, project management, corporate transformation, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and effectively engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated capability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and perform under pressure.
- Preferred background includes prior experience at Big Four firms, top-tier strategy consultancies, or leading corporations (Top 100 listed companies in Vietnam or Top 100 best workplaces).
