We are looking for a Senior Art Director (Team Leader) to join our diversified creative team at PNJ Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Senior Art Director:
- Provide distinctive art concepts for all channels, including but not limited to advertising, digital, in-store experiences and social media;
- Lend support and guidance to Art team members; Designers and other stakeholder within PNJ group
- Be able to work on multiple jobs concurrently and under pressure;
- Conceptualize, produce and supervise to deliver high-quality, creative artworks
- Accept constructive criticism and respond in smart way
- Excellently communicate ideas and present artwork persuasively with brand teams and stakeholders
- Recommend and update regularly new formats and tools to leverage in projects from art-side
- Conquer the brand with consistency across visual assets and help develop a unified design brand language as needed.
As a Team Leader
- Participate in day-to-day communication with key team members and partners to identify the right times to execute and the right times to delegate;
- Meet deadlines and manage art team traffic in collaboration with other teams within Creative (Design, Copy, Production) and other stakeholders
- Train and share updates regularly to enhance expertise and soft skills for art team in particular
- Build a team to win together not a halo for yourself at the end
- Minimum 6 years of visual design and art director experience, ideally in a creative agency environment;
- A portfolio of distinctive and exceptional print and digital work, including large campaigns;
- Ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy under tight deadlines;
- Strongly supervisory experience required;
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to construct presentations;
- Conceptual thinker that brings ideas to life
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment with multi-disciplinary teams;
- Great communicator who can present, think on the fly and work capably across teams;
- Desire to work collaboratively as part of a big team in a fast-paced environment;
- Resilient, humble and open-minded.
