PURPOSE
Act as the primary strategic interface between the IT function and key business units (Sales, Operations, Retail, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Support functions).
Partner with business leaders to co-create and propose technology and digital transformation solutions aligned with corporate strategy.
Ensure technology investments deliver tangible, measurable business value (ROI, NPV, project milestones, and stakeholder satisfaction).
Lead digital initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and competitive advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Bridging Business Strategy & Technology Direction (Kết nối chiến lược & định hướng công nghệ)
Collaborate with business unit leaders to define strategic priorities and establish a technology initiative portfolio.
Work with IT leadership to develop and adjust the IT roadmap to ensure alignment with business plans and corporate goals.
Digital Portfolio & Value Management (Quản trị danh mục công nghệ & giá trị đầu tư)
Oversee the portfolio of IT projects, products, and services.
Conduct Cost-Benefit-Risk analysis for all digital initiatives.
Monitor investment progress and value delivery using Value Management and FinOps methodologies to optimize costs and resources.
Track post-implementation operational performance through the Production Operation Model.
Demand Management & Solution Design (Quản trị nhu cầu & giải pháp)
Capture, analyze, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Co-create with IT leadership to select and govern technology/AI solutions that comply with Enterprise Architecture.
Partner with Data and AI teams to ensure data quality, availability, and usability, supporting an AI-first operational model.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration (Quản trị mối quan hệ & hợp tác nội bộ)
Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for business units, fostering trust and strategic consensus.
Lead Change Management efforts to ensure user adoption and maximize the impact of digital solutions.
Facilitate periodic ITBP reviews, reporting on portfolios, risks, and strategic recommendations.
Cultivate a culture of collaboration between IT and Business functions.
Team Leadership & Development (Quản trị đội ngũ)
Build and structure a high-performing ITBP team.
Define Job Descriptions, KPIs, and development plans for team members.
Assess performance, identify talent gaps, and manage succession planning.
Promote a positive, collaborative, and agile team culture.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMI, ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT, Digital Transformation, or AI/ML are highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT, with at least 5 years in ITBP, Product Owner, Consulting, or Senior BA roles.
- Specific domain expertise in Retail or Manufacturing.
- 5–7 years of leadership experience managing professional teams.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

- Infrastructure & Architecture: Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, core systems, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
- Digital Proficiency: Expertise in emerging technologies, including AI/ML, RPA, Cloud, Data Analytics, and IoT
- Portfolio management: Professional mastery in managing the portfolio of products, projects, services, and data assets to ensure lifecycle optimization and strategic fit.
- Solution Co-creation: Proven ability to prototype, validate, and evaluate the feasibility of innovative technology/service ideas.
