Assistant Brand Manager

• Manage the collection/ new products/ key pillar/ key product line sell-out performance, analysis of consumer and market insights for the category, share findings with the team to ensure the consistency of new product development.
• Translates trends and consumer knowledge into meaningful insights brand development.
• Implement new launches and marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail/Partnership) and create the right angle of attack consistently to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences; meet the deadlines and right objective.
• Research, create, develop and monitor the communication materials (imagery, digital, point of sale, landing page) for brand and product.
• Define and monitor media plans, implement promotions and ensure implementation of trade marketing plan
• Conduct market research, industry knowledge, current trends, new media, and competition research. 
• Conduct research on new influencer profiles/ new community in order to broaden the pool. 
• Seek PPL opportunities, event sponsorship, brand/community partnerships that align with brand and marketing strategy. 
• Monitor the retail marketing strategy working hand-in-hand with the retail, omni and training team and monitor the proper implementation of retail materials (promotion, services, advice, etc.)
• Monitor and follow-up with suppliers and partners to ensure timely and accurate deployment.
• Define and monitor media plans, implement promotions and ensure implementation of trade marketing plan
• Stay updated with social media platform technologies and trends. 
• Assists with other related duties as assigned. 

• At least 3 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
• Strong negotiation skills with excellent verbal and written communication
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Tiktok) and affiliate marketing
• Ability to deal with both artistic and numerical issues.
