1. Develop directions for retail marketing plans that set goals for increasing revenue, market share, and brand awareness
• Evolve the Retail Marketing strategy plan for new business, defining strategic goals & operating plans aligned to company strategic business plan
• Act as a thought leader, a trusted advisor to drive strategic decisions about our marketing mix across in-store presence and retail activation teams for regions & brands.
• Work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager, Brand Manager to set out retail marketing plans
2. Oversee the retail marketing/ marketing communication/ promotion campaign activities of new business
• Manage the day-to-day implementation of new businesses’ retail marketing activity, covering all elements of the marketing mix
• Evaluate the success of Retail marketing initiatives on a regular basis (campaigns/ seasonally/ annually)
• Collaborates with cross-divisional marketing resources and external agencies
3. Develop and manage the department's operating budget.
4. Market Intelligence
• Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors
• Support analysis, and insight to produce successful programs, inspire evolution, and improve efficiency.
• Measure effectiveness and make recommendations for campaign optimizations.
5. Team management & development
• Recruit and arrange personnel according to department's organizational structure and in accordance with the development plan.
• Training, propose training for the staff to improve the qualifications and knowledge of the members of the department.
6. Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager/ company

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Marketing/ Business Administration, …
Experience
• At least 3+ years of experience in retail/ marketing/ brand communication experiences at equivalent roles required along with a proven track record of delivering results
• At least 5+ years of experience developing marketing plans and strategies in collaboration with partner teams
• Experience of building from scratch in new business or start-up
• Strong experience of digital marketing
• Experience managing ambiguity and rapid change – demonstrate agility and risk-taking
• Experience of developing and working within budgets
• Experience of all elements of the marketing mix
Competencies
• Ability to identify customer needs and draft strategies and plans that deliver on those needs
• Proven track record developing program plans that meet/exceed goals and managing program budgets
• Familiarity with market research, consumer target, and trends analysis
• Proven success in building, analyzing, and monitoring KPI, financial data, and success measures
• Work on multiple projects, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills, able to identify and act upon opportunities for campaign improvement
