Job Description

OBJECTIVES

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resources Department.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be in charge to design, develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy for our company. You should be able to find, hire and retain talented candidates, especially for senior management level positions, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships at the workplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be responsible for recruitment, selection and on-boarding for designated functions and/or levels. Partner with Hiring - Managers to deliver end-to-end Talent Acquisition in line with plan
  • Advise management and provide guidance and direction related to all recruitment activities in order to support strategic business needs
  • Develop candidate talent pipelines via leveraging or developing all recruitment channels to attract and connect with potential talents;
  • Participate in the assessment process with both internal and external candidates utilizing own experience to make strategic hiring and placement decisions.
  • Effectively utilize sourcing tools and evaluate the effectiveness of them and identify new tools to optimize the productivity; develop and manage candidate database;
  • Improve process & procedures, making recommendation to enhance productivity and simplification
  • Advise the Head of Talent Acquisition on strategies to enhance employer branding and support initiative program
  • Promote the corporate culture/ values both internally and externally to strengthen the employer branding;
  • Assist in other HR works and projects as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in related fields.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition
  • Ability to handle recruitment of senior management level positions, headhunting background is preferred
  • Experience of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques.
  • Effective communication skill with strong business acumen and consulting skills to achieve win-win solutions among stakeholders
  • Strong service mindset and high commitment to timeline and quality;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and under pressure;
