Senior Supply Planning Executive

This role belongs to Supply Planning Dept, Supply Chain Division of PNJ Head Office. You will be a part of a dynamic, specialized and tech-savvy team. You will join an exciting career journey with a very high-complex Supply Chain model in the market.

The job holder will report to Supply Planning Manager.

We also open new roles for Senior Demand Planner, Senior Replenishment Executive, Senior Product Lifecycle Analyst and Senior Demand Analyst for the expansion and growth of the Supply Chain Division.

OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE

• Implement the building and analysis of procurement plans, and coordinate with the production planning to ensure correct and sufficient goods supply for the retail system.
• Monitor and expedite the delivery progress of the factories to ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze the product evaluation for the entire business.
• Provide information timely in accordance with the plans/requirements of the Department Head or Chief Supply Chain Officer

WHAT YOU DO

1/ Develop the procurement plan and allocation with the production planning (30%)

• Manage the internal supply planning process, plan the external procurement activities based on the forecast volume and market demand.

• Ensure goods are supplied correctly and sufficiently to the store system, following the assigned KPIs and inventory.

• Prepare supply plans and production order plans for external partners.

• Convert nationwide demand requirements into internal supply (manufacturing) and outsourcing or import plans.

2/ Supply chain operations (20%)

• Participate in monthly S&OP activities (providing information about goods, inventory and future supply capacity).

• Capacity and production order planning, inventory management, new product launch planning, and continuous improvement through data mining and analysis.

• Support the building and development of effective S&OP meetings by implementing processes that streamline supply and demand.

• Support the launching process of externalmanufactured products in S&OP (including conducting analysis and evaluating options according to contingency plans for external partners and the factories).

3/ Product analysis and evaluation (30%)

Analyze, evaluate and recommend slow-selling, best-selling models and base products every 6 months or when necessary

4/ Progress management (20%)

Monitor, follow up factories and external suppliers on delivery progress to ensure goods are delivered sufficiently, correctly and timely according to the schedules agreed by all parties.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in Industrial System Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.

• From 04 years of working experience in Supply Planning or similar roles

• Soft skills:

- Planning and progress management

- Data analysis (Proficiency in using Power BI, big data analysis is a big advantage)

- Product/design analysis

- Communication

• Exposure or passion in Retail, Beauty, Lifestyle, and Fashion will be preferred
