Job Description

This role belongs to Supply Chain Department of PNJ Head Office. You will be a part of a dynamic, specialized and tech-savvy team. Please be assured you will join an exciting career journey with a very high-complex Supply Chain model in the market.

The job holder will report to Demand Planning Manager.
We also open new roles for Senior Demand Planner, Senior Product Lifecycle Specialist, Senior Supply Planner and Senior Demand Analyst for the expansion and growth of the team.

WHAT YOU DO
1/ Replenishment Planning (35%)
• Develop weekly/monthly supply plans for the retail system, ensuring timely and accurate product supply.
• Implement agile plans to respond ly to market demand fluctuations.

2/ Process Management (15%)
Check, follow up and and monitor the timely and compliant delivery of goods to units according to scheduled orders and transportation regulations.

3/ Maintenance of two-way information for Internal Customers (Weight: 20%)
• Receive, process, and provide feedback on information from Stores/Branches, Departments, and relevant units regarding the goods supply.
• Initiate requests for internal and external stock transfers.
• Issue alerts regarding goods to relevant parties (e.g., Unmet actual demand in the ordering plan, recommended changes to the product inventory).

4/ Analyze Factors Affecting Service Level (10%)
Analyze factors influencing goods allocation: safety stock, stores, new products, order quantities.

Job Requirement

Degree: Bachelor or higher degree in relevant majors.
• Relevant work experience: 4 years or more.
• Experience in the retail industry, and expertise in Replenishment/Allocation planning.
• Experience in data analysis.
Skillset:
• Strong analytical skills in data collection, organization, and modeling.
• Toolset: Python, Excel, Power BI and SQL (preferred).
Proactive and good time management skills, communication skills, ability to adapt well to changes.
