1. Business Planning & Analysis
- Develop and update medium- and long-term business plans, revenue targets (annual, quarterly, monthly) for the company, retail channels, branches, and brands.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics to provide accurate forecasts, risk alerts, and timely recommendations.
- Design, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization.
- Leverage data analytics tools to automate reporting, build financial forecasting models, and drive data-informed decision making.
2. Project Management & Strategic Initiatives
- Lead and manage strategic projects from planning through to successful execution.
- Identify new growth opportunities and propose actionable plans for market expansion, product/service development, and operational optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure alignment, smooth implementation, and on-time delivery of strategic initiatives.
1. Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Business Planning, Strategy, Business Analysis, or Project Management.
- Experience working in the Finance/Banking/Jewelry sectors is a strong advantage.
2. Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of business strategy, financial analysis, and forecasting models.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI...
- Excellent ability to analyze complex data, derive actionable insights, and deliver clear strategic reports.
