Job Description

  • Design & Visualization: Develop mockups, 3D renders, and graphic materials for in-store activations, pop-ups, VIP gifting, and experience zones.
  • Customer Experience Asset Creation: Conceptualize and design gift sets, packaging, and visual merchandising elements aligned with brand aesthetics.
  • Collaboration & Ideation: Work with the CX team to brainstorm creative ideas that enhance the customer journey across different touchpoints.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and create a cohesive luxury retail experience.
  • Material & Production Research: Explore different materials, textures, and printing techniques to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
  • Presentation & Documentation: Prepare visual presentations and design rationale to communicate concepts to stakeholders.

Job Requirement

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), 3D rendering software (SketchUp, Blender, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong visual storytelling and branding skills.
  • Interest in retail design, luxury branding, and customer experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, mockup design, and branding projects.
