Brand Manager - CAO Fine Jewellery

Key responsibilities

1. Growth & Category Expansion

• Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược mở rộng sang một phân khúc sản phẩm mới (high-value segment).
• Identify & validate consumer insights, demand space và go-to-market approach.
• Làm việc chặt chẽ với Product/Commercial để shape offering phù hợp với target segment.

2. Omni-channel Experience (O2O)

• Lead các initiative nhằm nâng cấp trải nghiệm khách hàng xuyên suốt online – offline.
• Phối hợp với Retail/CRM/Digital để đảm bảo journey liền mạch và thúc đẩy conversion.

3. Go-to-market & Campaign Leadership

• Thiết kế và triển khai các campaign chủ lực nhằm build awareness & drive trial cho phân khúc mới.
• Đảm bảo consistency về brand narrative và positioning across touchpoints.

4. New Business Exploration

• Đánh giá và đề xuất các cơ hội mở rộng: new market, new business model, premium services (e.g. personalization, bespoke experience…).
• Build business case và pilot các mô hình mới.

5. Cross-functional Leadership

• Làm việc với các team: Sales, Retail, Product, Digital, Ops để đảm bảo execution hiệu quả.
• Quản lý agency và các đối tác bên ngoài.

Requirements

• 5–8 năm kinh nghiệm Brand/Marketing (ưu tiên FMCG, có experience build growth/new category).
• Strong in:
  • Consumer insight & brand strategy
  • Integrated campaign (ATL/BTL/Digital)
  • Go-to-market & business thinking
• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với nhiều stakeholders (cross-functional).
• Tư duy growth-driven, data-informed.
• Luxury/retail experience là điểm cộng
